Imperial are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join the Projects Team.The Projects Team is responsible for implementing enforcement software at customer sites and acts as the glue between the Development, Support and Sales Teams.
This is a full-time position within the organisation.Whilst the position is hybrid working - office and home based, applicants must be willing to travel occasionally to customer sites as well as be prepared to work whatever hours are necessary to get projects completed.
- Recent project coordinator experience and looking to progress
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience of implementing complex software solutions at customer sites
- An analytical and processdriven approach to their work
- The ability to manage multiple projects running concurrently
- Must possess skill and persuasion to deal with others, both inside and outside of the department
- Ability to promote an equitable, respectful and positive work environment
- Should possess team coordination and time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills and decisionmaking ability
- Must conform to timelines, demands and shifting priorities through problem solving and analytical capabilities
- Should react to project alterations and adjustments promptly and efficiently
- Ability to prioritise tasks and execute them in a highpressure environment
- Adept at performing research into issues and Imperial products related to projects
- Working with Local Authorities
- A software development background
- Prince 2 Foundation or a similar qualification
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Northampton, NN4 7HD
