Lettings Negotiator

Little Sutton, Ellesmere Port

Full Time Role Hours Per week Working 5 out of 6 days 8.30am-5.30pm Monday-Friday, Saturday 8.30am-3.30pm (rota basis)

Due to continued growth over the last 20 years our client is looking to recruit a Lettings Administrator/Customer Service to join their expanding team.

Previous experience not essential as training can be provided.

• Deal with all incoming calls as appropriate, efficiently deal with Landlord and Tenant enquiries.
• Registering applicants on the phone and walkins.
• Meet and greet all people entering the office.
• Organising viewing and attending accompanied viewings as required and establishing rapport with applicants/landlords.
• Feedback to Landlords, Tenants and Applicants following viewings.
• Uploading and sending new property details on new instruction.
• Negotiating renewals when applicable for properties and managing the paperwork.
• Ensure the team is aware of any terminations and the relevant action is in place.
• Prepare new properties for marketing and arrangement of photography.

Person Specification

• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• A professional, positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic approach.
• A strong customer focus.
• Desire to meet and exceed targets.
• Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Superb negotiating skills.
• Should have previous Residential Lettings experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.

£20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
