An exciting opportunity has arisen within our E-Rostering team, for a highly motivated individual, with rostering experience, who enjoys working as part of a team.

You will have expert knowledge of the Trusts ERostering system, Allocate Healthroster Suite.

You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient management of rosters.

This will include being able to build, amend and analyse rosters for various different staff groups, supporting service users with training and BAU as a whole.


We will require you to have excellent IT, communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.


You will have a flexible approach to work and enjoy working as part of a team within a busy and demanding environment.

You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient management of rosters.

This will include being able to build, amend and analyse rosters for various different staff groups, supporting service users and stakeholders.


Acting as expert users of HealthRoster you will proactively monitor the system to identify concerns as well as being responsible for the production of regular performance and benefits realisation reports.


You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of any interfaces and linkages between the rostering system and other workforce systems.

Working with colleagues, you will ensure that helpdesk support is available and training on the system is delivered as required.


Whilst the main base will be Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital, the role will require multi-site working across all three of our hospitals based in Basingstoke, Winchester and Andover.
