Description

We are appointing to three important administrative roles within the Training and Workforce Team in the Professional Standards Department of the College.

The Wellbeing Coordinator will be focused on supporting the College's Workforce Wellbeing Strategy.

This includes the development of the College's coaching and mentoring offer, supporting psychiatrists affected by patient suicide and homicide, and the Psychiatrists' Support Service (PSS).The Educational Standards Coordinator will be supporting work relating to the psychiatry specialty curricula and quality assurance processes in psychiatric medical education and training.

The Credentialing Coordinator will be supporting the development and management of Credentials in line with both the guidelines of the College and the General Medical Council (GMC).- We operate a hybrid working model of on-site and working from home/remote, which helps to ensure a flexible work-life balance.
