At UK Architectural Heritage, we have an exciting vacancy for a Content & Marketing Specialist.

In this dynamic role, your tasks will be split equally between content writing and uploading, marketing assistance and day-to-day office and administrative tasks.

Your roles will be split equally between 3 core aspects: Content, Marketing and Office Tasks.


CONTENT

• Uploading new products to the website and other thirdparty platforms
• Working alongside other staff members during photography sessions, noting down key points of products such as the history, dimensions, materials etc
• Researching items to write detailed and informative descriptions, ensuring that content follows our inhouse style and SEO best practices are implemented at all times
• Cropping and editing photos using Adobe Photoshop

MARKETING

• Creating content and managing all social media channels including Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest
• Product management: implementing price updates, updating details, locations etc

OFFICE / ADMIN

• Coordinate purchases from sellers
• Assist with admin cover during staff holidays and absences

Applicant Profile
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.

Writing, copy editing and proofreading experience.

Excellent command of the English Language.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.

Experience of Adobe Photoshop, Wordpress and photography is an advantage.

Knowledge of SEO best practice.

Creative flair, yet able to work efficiently in an organised manner.

Positive, hands-on attitude.

Able to adapt to a changing weekly schedule.

A-Level in English or similar.

Specialist knowledge of antiques is not required.

Own transport is required due to rural location.


Job Details

Salary:
competitive and negotiable according to experience.

Hours: 7:30 - 4:00 Monday to Friday (No weekends)

28 days holiday including bank holidays.
