    Lab Supervisor Opportunity

    We are seeking a skilled Lab Supervisor to join our expanding Residue Analytical Services team within our Environmental Sciences department at our site in Eye, Suffolk.

    Your key responsibilities will include:
    • Maintaining the day-to-day running of the laboratories and assisting the Team Leader with staff work-loads.
    • Ensuring study documentation is compliant with regulatory guidelines and reviewing your own work for accuracy, timeliness, completeness, and soundness of technical judgment.
    • Participating in QC review of routine data and validation projects.
    • Maintaining a clean and safe laboratory environment and performing routine maintenance.
    • Line management responsibility, including supporting, mentoring, and counselling laboratory team members to ensure they complete experimental procedures, data recording, health and safety factors, and housekeeping efficiently and to high standards.

    What We Offer:

    Requirements:
