The Role

As a Regional Recruitment Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the provision of skilled care workers across our client's branches in the region.

You will lead recruitment efforts, develop effective strategies, and manage a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets and support the delivery of exceptional care services.

Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Collaborate with regional managers to design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business needs and growth opportunities.
Manage care worker pipelines for branches within the region, ensuring a steady supply to meet weekly hiring targets.
Manage a team of regional recruiters, providing leadership, guidance, and support to drive performance.
Monitor recruitment metrics and data to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimisation of recruitment processes.
Chair regular recruitment meetings with regional managers to share insights, and drive action where necessary.
Provide training and guidance to branch recruitment teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance with company policies.
Promote a culture of consistency and excellence in recruitment processes and policies across all branches within the region.

Job Requirements:

Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare sector or a similar industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and drive datadriven decisionmaking.
