The Role


As a Regional Recruitment Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the provision of skilled care workers across our client's branches in the region.

You will lead recruitment efforts, develop effective strategies, and manage a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets and support the delivery of exceptional care services.


Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Collaborate with regional managers to design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business needs and growth opportunities.
  • Manage care worker pipelines for branches within the region, ensuring a steady supply to meet weekly hiring targets.
  • Manage a team of regional recruiters, providing leadership, guidance, and support to drive performance.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and data to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimisation of recruitment processes.
  • Chair regular recruitment meetings with regional managers to share insights, and drive action where necessary.
  • Provide training and guidance to branch recruitment teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance with company policies.
  • Promote a culture of consistency and excellence in recruitment processes and policies across all branches within the region.

Job Requirements:


  • Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare sector or a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and drive datadriven decisionmaking.
