The Telemarketing Team is one of the fastest growing teams at MVF calling business owners and homeowners across the globe.
As a Telemarketing Consultant you will be calling homeowners who have registered their interest in a product or service through MVF's own marketing material.
In this way you generate more leads, whilst also helping customers improve their homes, helping our clients and MVF grow.
This role is on the Home UK Telemarketing Team working remotely 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.What we're offering you:

What you'll be doing
- Dial out approximately times per day. Our bespoke lead platform allows you to work that quickly and efficiently
- Identify further potential opportunities to match customers with our partners over the telephone by using your exceptional listening skills and product knowledge. No two conversations will be the same
- Perform in line or above your targets, being rewarded for your efforts with performance related bonuses.
- Use our bespoke platforms to input and record data. An eye for detail is key in this role to ensure that prospects are contacted with the correct information in a timely manner.
- You will be confident troubleshooting basic tech issues, working through common solutions before escalating to the management team.
- Keep up to date with company performance and announcements by using HelpJuice, our company wiki and slack, our communications tool.
- Take ownership over your training and development by attending and participating in feedback/ coaching sessions.
About you/Requirements for the role
You will have worked within a telephone sales or a lead generation business, ideally B2C where you have experience talking directly to consumers, building rapport and having an informative sales approach.
You will be:
- Professional, confident working independently and able to manage your own time.
- Selfmotivated, demonstrating resilience in a role where you are working to multiple KPIs and targets.
- Computer literate with the ability to navigate windows based software and browsers. Ideally you will have worked with databases, booking systems or CRMs previously.
- Confident speaking and relating to our customers. You will build rapport over the telephone with ease, understand and will be able to share information quickly and concisely.
- Target driven both in terms of number and quality
- A fast learner as we are introducing new services and adapting our approach based on data. This means that we are constantly improving the way we work so you will need to be adaptable
- Commercial with the ability to identify the most profitable products to cross and upsell to business owners.
- Detail orientated as we need to make sure that the correct information is shared with our partners.
You will also need an appropriate home working environment and suitable internet speed to work as a Telemarketing Consultant at MVF.
