You will be working for REL Field Marketing as the Digital eCommerce Account Manager on our Haleon Pharma team. The primary purpose of this role is to generate actionable insights for the Digital Commerce channel.

Part Time, 9-12 months fixed term contract (mat cover)

Package:
£33,600 per annum (£42k full time equivalent) + up to 15% bonus opportunity

Working:30 hours Monday to Thursday

Territory:
Home based with frequent travel to Haleon Head Office (Weybridge)

Key responsibilities:

Analyse digital commerce reports and translate them into actionable insights
Optimise insights and manage delivery of all reports from digital shelf or digital commerce analytics tools
Monitor and track improvements recommended by reporting and insights tools
Ensure recommendations are actioned by retailer
Drive awareness and KPI recommendations within internal teams
Produce periodic Brand, Product, and Range analysis packs
Use web analytics and KPI data to effectively guide day to day adaptations and maximise commercial performance linked to KPIs
Share insights with the Digital Commerce Acceleration team and relevant people in the Haleon business

Requirements:

Account management or project management experience necessary
Prior experience working with data preferred
Excellent commercial and business acumen
Able to drive collaboration across internal and external stakeholders
Selfstarter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
