About the job
PayFuture is seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our London office.

In this role, you will work directly under the heads of sales to verify and cleanse all contracts and emissions created by our sales team.

Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring that all documentation aligns with guidelines set out by PayFuture's risk, legal, and onboarding departments.


You will also work within the sales ecosystem to maintain continuity of service and liaise with merchants and partners to verify components within contracts and documentation.

Additionally, you will provide training for new starters on various tools, such as PandaDocs, HubSpot, Jira, and Confluence.

You will play a critical role in orienting new employees to the culture and working practices of the PayFuture sales team.


As our Sales Coordinator, you will have these main objectives:

  • Work with the Legal Team to verify and cleanse contracts and documentation created by heads of sales, senior business development managers, business development managers, and account managers at Payfuture
  • Ensure all documentation adheres to the guidelines set out by our Risk, Legal, and Onboarding departments
  • Verify that all necessary components within contracts have been populated and are in line with the organisation's policy
  • Work closely with the Sales team to maintain continuity of service
  • Engage with our merchants and partners directly to chase up or verify components within contracts and documentation
  • Provide training for new starters on PandaDocs, HubSpot, Jira, and Confluence
  • Orientate new employees to the culture and working practices of our Sales team as directed by the Heads of Sales
  • Collaborate with other departments within the organisation to ensure a smooth sales process and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Assist in sales reporting, analysis, and forecasting as needed
  • We attend multiple events each year. Within your role, you would be expected to liaise with the Marketing Manager to organise and assist in attending or exhibiting. You will proactively engage with providers but also suppliers.
  • Customer Engagement support collating data from our current customer base and customers in the pipeline to determine the challenges in entering some of the markets they're entering and defining our pipeline.

You will be a good fit if you:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales coordination or sales support role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales tools and software, including PandaDocs, HubSpot, Jira, and Confluence (desirable).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to ensuring documentation accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with diverse teams.
  • Willingness to work in our London location five days a week with one optional remote day.
