We are currently recruiting for a compassionate and supportive Care and support workers to join a brand-new team to support one of our young Service Users.


Our Service User has recently moved to the Ferndown Dorset area and requires support 24 hours a day 7 days a week with 2 care workers in the day and 1 care worker at night.

She will require support with personal care and all daily living and social activities as she is a wheelchair user, has a physical and learning disability.

She enjoys attending a day centre and getting out and about and enjoys carriage riding.

Although she does not communicate verbally, she really loves being involved in conversations and chatting and getting to know a consistent team of Care and Support Workers.

The support includes.

  • Personal Care
  • Day to day living tasks.
  • Attending community groups and day centre
  • Making sure I'm safe, happy and well
  • Being a companion


Experience of working within the care sector will be advantageous but a real interest and passion in supporting people with disabilities to live fulfilled lives is essential.

We provide an extensive training programme including the Care Certificate as well as complex care training.

Shifts are flexible, which consist of:

  • 7am
  • 2:30pm
  • 2:30pm
  • 10:00pm


  • 10:00pm
  • 7am
Shifts are both weekdays and weekends.
