Our client in St Albans is looking for a Customer Service Administrator. This opportunity is currently an ongoing assignment, there will be permanent opportunities for workers that prove themselves to be reliable and have a good work ethic.

The role will be starting immediately.

Duties:

Responsible for the placement of orders on a specific portfolio of customers. This will be in line with the customers expectations
Provide answers to outstanding customer queries.
Raising and processing invoices.
To answer all inbound calls in a polite and professional manner logging the details accurately in the CRM
To build strong relationships with both external and internal customers
To ensure prompt resolution of complaints with a strong focus on customer retention
To assist credit control with outstanding debts by way of query resolution
Understand the daily driver debrief process and deal with any issues raised maintaining records of actions taken
To fulfil Health and Safety responsibilities by ensuring that all work undertaken is in accordance with the company's Health & Safety policies

Pay:
£10 per hour

This new role offers an ongoing assignment, working a Monday to Friday weekly, with the opportunity of a permanent contract.

You will have a consistent start time of 08:30 daily and will work until 17:00.

You will be expected to provide excellent customer service to all clients alongside investigating any issues within the delivery chain.

You will also gain the knowledge of sending and processing purchase invoices when placing orders for specific client portfolios.
