How you can make your mark:
Make your mark as Subcontracts Specialist for Boskalis Subsea Services located in Aberdeen.

Working as part of the Subcontracts team, you will actively manage the planning, sourcing, tendering, contract negotiation, administration and performance management of the subcontracts required for assigned projects.

Your responsibilities
as Subcontracts Specialist

Advising project and tender teams on sourcing and procurement strategies
Developing comprehensive RFQ/ITT documents
Undertaking commercial/contractual evaluations
Negotiating, drafting and executing contractual agreements
Ensuring compliance with internal subcontracting policies, processes and procedures
Engaging with internal stakeholders and promoting cross department engagement
Maintain strong relationships with current and potential Suppliers

Your qualities
You can make your mark as Subcontract Specialist
if you have:

Degree qualification in Law, Business or Quantity Surveying
Relevant experience gained in a subsea/oil and gas contract/subcontract environment
Experience of Supplier Performance Management, LOGIC contracting principles and ERP Systems
Ability to confidently negotiate contractual/commercial terms
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with good command of English language

Your team: Working as part of the Subcontracts team, you will report to the Subcontracts Manager.
Where you will work: Your location will be our campus in Aberdeen and you have the option to work from home 2 days a week if you wish
Tuesday and Thursday are mandatory days in the office.
Fulltime job: The position of Subcontracts Specialist
is full time, 35 hours per week.
