Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Conference and Banqueting Staff to join our team.

As a member of the conference and banqueting staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that all events and functions are executed smoothly and to the highest standards.

You will play a key role in providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring that they have a memorable experience.


  • Set up and break down event spaces, including tables, chairs, linens, and other equipment.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring that all dietary restrictions and preferences are accommodated.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and requests.
  • Work closely with other members of the team to ensure that all events run smoothly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized event space throughout the event.
  • Assist with postevent clean up and equipment storage.
  • Follow all Health and Safety guidelines.

Essential Skills & Knowledge

  • Previous experience in banqueting or event service preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, highpressure environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety guidelines.
