Collection House Ltd is one of the leading and longest established Commercial Debt Collection Agencies in the UK. We specialise in Commercial Debt Collection and Outsourced Credit Control.

Due to demand, we are currently looking for a Credit Controller to join our team in Hilperton, Wiltshire for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Once training has been completed, there may be some flexibility to work from home.


Your new role will include:

Reducing the debtor days on the ledger - resolving queries to ensure prompt payment - aged debt reporting and analysis - proactively chase and manage your own allocated portfolio of customers that have not provided payment within the agreed terms - provide customers with copy documents as required to facilitate the timely payment of accounts.
