Morgan McKinley, London is pleased to be supporting a small, but mighty business based in the heart of North London in their search for a Finance Manager.


My client is embarking on an exciting phase of growth and company development and has been wining market share over the past few years.

With an exciting office & studio about to be completed now is the time to centralise and bring their accounting process& procedures up to date and in-house.

My client is looking for a dynamic individual to manage and improve financial performance and direct their accounting operations.

The role is wide ranging but will manage accounting records, evaluate and manage risk, ensuring compliance with regulations,overseeing accounting operations, analysing financial data, monitoring expenditure, forecasting, coordinating year end accounting processes and ensuring accuracy of financial information.


Your strategic planning and exceptional numerical proficiency as Finance Manager will aid the organisation in maintaining positive revenue and financial growth, formulating sound financial strategies, implementing proper internal controls, achieving organisationaltargets and developing financial plans that support organisational strategy.


The Finance Manager will streamline the accounting function and provide financial analysis, reports, develop and mentor the accounts team and promote regulatory compliance.


Responsibilities:


  • Preparing financial reports
  • Analysing financial data
  • Monitoring internal controls
  • Overseeing and preparing financial statements
  • Managing the budgeting & forecasting processes
  • Managing financial transactions
  • Streamlining accounting functions and operations
  • Evaluating and managing risk

Requirements:


  • Qualified Accountant who has handson experience working in SME environments
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage across business relationships
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Proficiency in accounting software, ideally Sage
The Role of Finance Manager will pay £70,000 - £75,000 plus discretionary bonuses and company electric vehicle scheme
