As Workplace Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering the customer workplace experience as the main 'go to' person, owning the Touchpoint Journey to engage with users for any questions about the services or support provided by the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) function in the building.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that all procedures and standards are met, raising any issues or requirements of the FM services and working with the wider workplace/IFM teams to ensure resolution.

Key Responsibilities
******:

The face of 'IFM' and the first point of contact for all users, starting from day 1 induction
***:
-
Responsible for the customer experience through the performance of facilities management services in the business area including bespoke support requirements to meet the needs of the specific business group and team
***:

Ensuring effective communication with the nominated business manager(s), proactive with a 'no surprises' principle
***:
-
Actively monitoring the standard of IFM service on the floor and report any shortcomings, identifying areas of improvement in delivery of the services and processes and implement change as required

Ensuring HSE guidelines and regulations are followed at all times
***:
-
Evacuation warden duties including the coordination of evacuation wardens on floors during any BCM incidents

First Aid response and first aid stock management

Professional and personal competencies/qualifications

Essential
******:

2 years' experience in a relevant customer service environment at a 5 service level
***:

Numeracy and literacy proficient
***:

Strong Microsoft Office skills in the use of word, excel and powerpoint

Desirable

IT Systems Administrator experience with understanding of CMMS IT systems
***:
-
Social media / intranet architecture background for engaging users in online communications

Events management and customer communications
