This is a great opportunity to join the UK Committee for UNICEF (UNICEF UK) as a Supporter Care Assistant.

You will step into a dedicated team of 8 who are focused on providing the very best customer service experience and seek out opportunities to enhance our relationship with supporters.

You will have an aptitude and experience of using a variety of communication methods, and knowledge of databases.

You will work collaboratively as part of a team; you'll be proactive at problem solving with a focus on supporter experience so that UNICEF UK can achieve a better world for every child.
