We are looking for a full-time Workshop Assistant

Our expert project managers, technicians and designers deliver a tailor-made service of lighting, sound, video, staging and set design for events in London's most beautiful and challenging venues (and beyond).

Key responsibilities:

Essential skills:
- At least one year of experience in the event staging/set construction industry or other relevant experience, theatre, TV & film, festivals etc
- Good working knowledge of event production, staging and scenery.
- Basic computer skills
- Experience of equipment/tool maintenance
- Full clean driving licence
Desirable skills
- First Aid at Work
- Knowledge and experience of events in Unique Venues of London
Place and hours of work:
Wise Productions' workshop premises are located at Willesden Junction, which is 10 minutes' walk from the Overland and underground (Bakerloo Line).
There isn't a regular pattern of hours for this role, the rota will be entirely dependent on events allowing for full flexibility during seasonal variations.
During busy periods, work during antisocial hours will be required; this will normally be scheduled in advance by the Head of Set & Scenery and Staging Manager.
