Are you looking for a role whereby you can help make a difference to the lives of young or vulnerable adults?
When you join us as a Relief Support Worker at our supported service, the work you undertake will directly help to improve people's lives.
With each day providing new challenges you'll work alongside the Service Manager to ensure the provision of a supported and structured environment to our customers.
With opportunities based at our Wisbech Housing Related Service you could help to improve and support the lives of people in crisis.
This service consists of temporary placements for up to 17 young people between the age of Centrally located near the Horsefair Centre in Wisbech we are easily accessible by both car and local transport connections from surrounding areas such as March or King's Lynn.
Free parking is available on site and we are a five minute walk from the town centre.
Each day you will work with support plans, maintain logs, and help our customers to access further education training or employment.
To be successful in this role you'll need to be an empathetic individual with a natural flair in building relationships who is willing to help others to develop their confidence alongside their life and social skills.
If you're new to support work, we'll help introduce you and train you to build your experience in our sector.
This position is offered on a relief basis supporting across a 7-day rota.

Naturally working with our customers we need to complete pre-employment checks before you join us. This role is conditional upon receipt of two satisfactory references (one from your current employer).
