Recruitment Advisor

£25,000 - £30,000 + £4,200pa car allowance

Gloucester
Our client is an established business, that support end-user organisations, by providing exceptional customer service.

They are seeking a Recruitment Advisor, to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Recruitment Advisor will need to have InHouse recruitment experience, and be an enthusiastic individual.


Responsibilities:


  • Create and update job descriptions and person specifications
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Support the onboarding process & run new starter HR inductions
  • Assist with the development of social media and website presence to support recruitment and the employee value proposition

Skills/ Experience:


  • Previous experience in a similar Inhouse Recruiter role
  • Experience supporting, coaching and directing Hiring Managers in the recruitment process
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and proactive
  • Comfortable using Word, Excel and Outlook, and video platforms such as Teams/Zoom
