The Operations team manage the Suppliers and Partners, liaising with our panel to ensure outstanding performance whilst maintaining legislative compliance and adhering to industry best practice.


Hours:

Monday to Thursday 9am to 5.30pm Friday 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm, Hybrid model available with 3 days in the office.


Key Responsibilities of an Operations Co-ordinator

  • Collate, log and review monthly partner packs to establish Partner performance
  • Analyse Partner data to develop an understanding of performance and to highlight possible changes or opportunities to increase UK revenue and partner growth
  • Work alongside and collaborate with Client Services and Risk & Compliance to ensure processes and communication are clear and aligned
  • Review workflows for new and existing projects
  • Manage the setup of partners via the Online Portal
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding new Partner onboarding communication and training
  • Build and monitor partner strategies using the internal toolkit with (QC Admin)
  • Assist with file the transfer process, including building and testing processes for the onboarding of new partners

Key Competencies of an Operations Co-ordinator

  • Be able to understand, communicate, interpret information with IT to manage, report, assist in the build of performance reporting
  • Adept with organising and prioritising work commitments and hitting tight deadlines
  • Experienced in identifying and analysing trends whilst providing solutions to problems
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of working in a team
  • Good understanding of customer service
  • Have a willingness to learn
  • Some understanding of Data Protection legislation and business Information Security requirements
  • Knowledge and experience of Compliance and Risk.
