We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Commission-Based Sales Representative and Customer Service Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our electrical training courses and services to potential customers.

Additionally, you will handle receptionist and customer service duties, ensuring that all inquiries and requests are handled in a professional and timely manner.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with an 8-hour shift.


Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their training needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory or market segment.
  • Assist in maintaining customer records and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' offerings, and new training opportunities to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
  • Prepare sales reports, including activity reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates.
  • Schedule, invigilate and report back on exams

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a commissionbased role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales and overcome objections.
  • Customerfocused mindset and ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
  • Selfmotivated and targetdriven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of the electrical training industry or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in receptionist or customer service roles is desirable.

Note:

This position offers a commission-based compensation structure, with potential for additional incentives based on achieving sales targets and objectives.

£21,217.00-£22,134.00 per year
