Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Estates Data Officer to join the dynamic Estates Team at North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust.

You will use the Estates data (asset registers, condition surveys, life-cycle models, maintenance plans, materials usage, etc) to produce short-, medium
- and long-term plans for improvement.

You'll sit alongside the Estates Management team, understanding the core activity but being a 'critical friend' and driving improvement.

You'll be the custodian of asset and condition data, keeping it real time and accurate, you'll have a confidence in it being a single source of the truth (SSOT).

You'll bring experience of report writing, developing real-time dashboards and providing management information to a large team.

Experience of Facilities Management/Maintenance/Construction is not essential but you will be comfortable working with large, diverse teams to collect, analyse and report on activity.

You'll work with the wider Estates, Fleet and & FM team to utilise the latest IT to take data from theoretical to practical and be able to measure the real improvements on the ground.

You will effectively manage competing demands and be able to deal with challenge constructively.

Evidence of continuous professional development with the ability to work autonomously using own discretion is essential

The role will be based within an NWAS HQ site, ie, Broughton, Ladybridge Hall, Estuary Point but with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner.

We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

NWAS is committed to employing compassionate, inclusive and adaptive leaders.

We offer a dynamic recruitment process, enabling applicants to work together, be at their best to make a difference, in line with our trust values and leadership philosophy.

Dates for interviews to be confirmed.

North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust provides 24 hour, 365 days a year accident and emergency services to those in need of emergency medical treatment and transport.

Our highly skilled staff provide life-saving care to patients in the community and take people to hospital or a place of care if needed.

We also provide non-emergency patient transport services for those patients who require non-emergency transport to and from hospital and who are unable to travel unaided because of their medical condition or clinical need.

Alongside the other emergency services, we also work to ensure the safety of the public and treatment of patients in the event of a major incident.

We also deliver the NHS 111 service in the North West. NHS 111 replaced NHS Direct in 2013. This service was introduced to make it easier for people to access local NHS healthcare services in England. It provides non-emergency medical help fast, and is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
