Senior Administrator - Hybrid working
A fantastic opportunity to join an expanding business as a Senior Administrator - this is a dynamic, diverse, and evolving role supporting a growing business.
The role is varied and includes managing the administration of a team of training instructors. Key functions in this area include organizing training events and ensuring qualifies instructors are available. Ensuring their payroll and any finances are administered and recorded. Booking courses, liaising with suppliers & clients. Coordinating recruitment and accreditation processes.
The role supports the wider business and includes raising quotations and invoices and administrative support of the wider company as required.
Support for the Training elements will include database inputting, client liaison and sales support. Building positive relationships with customers, key stakeholders and team members is a vital part of the role. The Senior Administrator must have the ability to interact positively with stakeholders at all levels.
The Senior Administrator must a self-starter able to manage their own workload, support the admin team and contribute to the growth of the business.
