Overview:

First Military Recruitment are working in partnership with our client to recruit a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team in Weymouth,

This role will include:

Interpret technical drawings and specifications
Creating works orders for production
Contract review
Working as part of the engineering team on NPI product
Create and maintain detailed control plans and work instructions
Liaising with customers and suppliers on technical queries
Advanced Product Quality Planning and Production Part Approval Process

Skills and experience required:

Knowledge of AS9100 and Experience working in the aerospace manufacturing sector
Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail
High levels of integrity, autonomy, and selfmotivation
Work off own initiative towards set targets or goals
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
Wellrounded interpersonal and communication skill

Summary of functions:

Creating and maintaining internal technical manufacturing layouts for our two manufacturing facilities.

Hours:

39 hours per week
Monday to Thursday 07.30am until 4.30pm & Fridays 07.30am until 12.30pm
37 hours per week
Monday to Thursday 07.00am until 3.30pm & Fridays 07.00am until 12.00pm
