Maintenance Scheduler/PlannerrExperienced Scheduler required for busy Property Maintenance company
This position will include:
Day to day management of engineers' workload - responsibility for all works across a number of building fabric, plumbing and electrical disciplines
Scheduling of all jobs to ensure attended within target response time
Monitoring all open jobs to ensure completion within target timescales - including co-ordination of materials and plant
Strategic planning of workload to minimise travel time and maximise efficiency
Updating of in-house CAFM system with all job activity
Interaction with Clients' IT systems
Monitoring of engineer productivity
Reviewing and processing of engineers paperwork in line with vehicle tracking system
Applicants should have a proven track record of scheduling high volume reactive maintenance works across a number of trades.
Good PC/keyboard skills required as this position involves using our in-house CAFM system to update jobs, as well as accessing client systems.
Salary:
£26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
