The post:


We are looking for reliable and dependable persons who are able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative.


This role will be based at Gyle Square however the post holder may be required to work across multiple NSS sites across Edinburgh, according to service requirements on an adhoc basis.

Expenses between base and other sites will be provided once authorised.


One position will predominantly be based within Office Services (Reception & Mailroom), the second predominantly be Domestic Services, however, will also be required to work across all Facilities services which entails Reception, Catering and Domestic services as required, and once suitably trained.


You should have proven relevant experience in a similar environment, as well as customer care training and the ability to follow instruction, with a flexible approach to work.

You should also have good oral communication and team working skills.


You will also be required to participate in weekend and public holiday on call Rota as part of this post and to support cover for staff absence, therefore an element of flexibility required.
