A great opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Manager at a leading internationally branded hotel.
The property had a fantastic team ethos highlighted by their team activities and very low staff turnover.

They are looking for the ideal maintenance manager to come on board to oversee all aspects of maintenance at the property.


You will be:

  • Manage the daily activities of the department.
  • Plan and organise work
  • Ensure coverage of your department with the team
  • A good allrounder
  • Can focus on preventive maintenance.
  • Carry out scheduled checks and processes, Water,
  • PAT, Alarm Testing.
  • Basic Electrical knowledge.
  • Use Maintenance cleaning processes and procedures.
  • Knowledge of plumbing and pipework would be advantageous.
  • Health and Safety knowledge.
  • Experience in ordering suppliers and budgeting
