The exemplar Joint Health Integrated MSK Service provides a single point of access and clinical triage for all MSK and Orthopaedic referrals.

Patients can access the service by self-referral or GP directed referral methods.

The team is multi-professional including: MSK Doctors, Consultant Neurosurgeon, Consultant Physiotherapists, ACP MSK Physiotherapy Practitioners, MSK Physiotherapists, ACP Hand Therapists, ACP Rheumatology Therapist, Therapy Assistants and Admin support.
