We are working closely with our client based in Halesowen to recruit an energetic, commercially aware, and technically capable Project Manager (PM), to manage the day-to-day interactions with the client.

Reporting to the Technical Manager the Project Manager will take ownership of this complex change management program as it moves from implementation to steady state.

Working with client stakeholders you will further develop the project, expanding its valueadd and linking new services, whilst ensuring the company meet or exceed our contracted targets.

The salary is between £40,000 and £50,000 depending on experience.

The main duties will be:

  • Managing the project roll out to an agreed timeline.
  • Taking ownership of this complex change management program as it moves from implementation to steady state.
  • Gaining an understanding of the clients existing way of working.
  • Developing the commercial relationship with our client's factory management executives.
  • Weekly and monthly presentation of facts, figures and KPI's to stakeholders and report back your findings.
  • Building and training a team of onsite staff who will provide service excellence.
  • Traveling within the UK and overseas, travel to and from Africa is an essential component of the job.
  • Selling a value proposition and business concept.
  • Building long and established relationships with key customers.
  • Work closely with our client's factory management executives and support their reliability and asset care teams.

The successful person will have the following skills:

You need to be comfortable working away from home, for extended periods.- You will have knowledge of the MRO category or will have previously been a part of an Integrated Supply solution within the industrial sector.


  • A confident and a clear communicator, you will be able to present facts, figures and KPIs to key stakeholders and meet their reporting needs.
  • A background in customer relationship management is essential
  • Experience in delivering a fully integrated supply solution in partnership with a corporate client.
  • A solid understanding of the requirements of manufacturing operations
  • An understanding of the challenges that exist when operating in partnership with large corporate organisations
  • Create and develop a strategic plan to deliver ongoing service improvement and value add to the client
  • Microsoft Office products, at a high level of competency (Excel, Power Bi), are essential. Some SAP knowledge would be beneficial
