Office Angels are partnering with a leading manufacturing company based in Havant, who are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Administrator to join their growing team.

If you have previous experience of sales, have excellent administration and communication skills and can organise a busy workload; this is a fantastic new role for you

What you will be doing

  • Calling existing and new customers to advise on products
  • Building new client relationships
  • Updating customers on orders and order tracking
  • Uploading new orders onto the bespoke system
  • Dealing with complaints
  • Providing a high level of administrative support to a busy team
  • Diary management
  • Organising meetings

To be successful in this role you'll have

  • Previous office administration and sales experience
  • Confident Microsoft office suite skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • The ability to use your own initiative
  • Fantastic organisation and prioritisation skills
