SRM are partnered with a large SSC based in Watford who are seeking a qualified Revenue Accountant who has multisite SSC international experience who has also worked within a FSSC RTR function.

You will be preparing and accounting for all revenue relating to P&L and Balance sheet entries in line with IFRS 15, reporting into the Head Of RTR.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify need for adjusting journals recommend correct accounting treatment for unusual transactions
Regular reviews and analysis of revenue related budget & Forecast variances
Monthly analysis of Bad & Doubtful Debt in compliance with IFRS
Advise senior management on Bad Debt & Write Off; provide analytical review of reasons for debt write off
Full review of revenue recognition in compliance with IFRS 1
Review of site level P+L's to ensure completeness and accuracy of revenue
Collaborate with the Group FC with yearend audit procedures responsible for all revenue deliverables
Completion and/or review of balance sheet reconciliation to include high quality reconciliation files
Review of balance sheet support for financial reconciliations on trade & other debtors balance sheet
Full participation with Finance Systems project teams on developing and improving of financial models
Ensuring the day to day and long term compliance of financial procedures
Assisting with cash flow forecasting and contribute to cost control and cost monitoring
Assistance with quarterly and annual budgeting in coordination with FP&A team
Calculating variance analysis to include root cause analysis and remediating errors
Ensuring the day to day and longterm compliance of financial procedures

Essential:

Fully Qualified CIMA/ACCA with 10years PQE
Multisite SSC experience is essential
5 years experience of dedicated FSSC RTR function in an international environment
Experience of working across a European business
People management experience; 1 direct report
Strong Excel skills to pivot table level
Strong experience of VAT accounting/tax accounting
Demonstrable experience of reporting on BS and income statement variances
