We are seeking an Agent Relations Officer to lead the management of the University's relationships with its international student recruitment agents.

Based in the International Office, part of the External Relations Directorate, the postholder will contribute to the implementation of the University's international recruitment strategy and will play a key role in ensuring the University achieving administrative efficiency and regulatory compliance.

The postholder will oversee all aspects of agent relationship management, including appointment of new agents, renewal and termination of existing agents, ongoing agent record keeping, regular and ad hoc communications with agents, agent performance reporting and analysis, and agent commission payment.


We are looking for someone who is educated to degree level and has substantial experience of managing the administrative aspects of channel sales partnerships, ideally in a Higher Education context.

A successful postholder will have solid digital and numerical skills and knowledge of contract management, records management, commission payment, channel sales partner communication, and data analysis, ideally in a Higher Education context.

You will join a friendly, collarabtive, and high-performing team that work with a diverse group of external partners and therefore strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness are crucial.
