Location - Hybrid, WFH 2 days in office/3 days working from home

We are seeking a Sales Ledger Clerk to join our team.

The Sales Ledger Clerk will be responsible for accurately processing all receipts, sundry invoices, and credit notes, arranging refunds, and ensuring our customers pay within agreed terms.

This role will play a key supporting role within the finance team and work closely with other departments.


Responsibilities:


  • Accurately and timely raising of sales invoices within the CRM for all global offices.
  • Conduct weekly bank reconciliations.
  • Post sales invoices and bank payments into SAGE accounting system.
  • Provide detailed analysis to departmental budget holders for their Event P&L's.
  • Ensure nominal ledger hierarchy compatibility between CRM and SAGE.
  • Manage and process customer overpayments.
  • Work with the Rio accounts clerk to ensure integrity in postings.
  • Ensure integrity in UK VAT postings.
  • Support the finance function in the production of quarterly management accounts.

Occasional duties:


  • Support other members of the finance team on an asneeded basis.

Core Competencies:


  • SAGE Line 50 experience and CRM exposure.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.

£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
