In this brand new position, you will develop and implement our global Reward Strategy.


How will I spend my time in this role?

  • Develop and implement the global company reward strategy, including incentive plan design and management, salary benchmarking, pension management, benefits management and annual compensation events such as bonus and salary review;
  • Manage all executive reward processes and proposals;
  • Use insights and research to secure the competitiveness of the company reward and benefits approaches;
  • Review and embed Renumeration Committee best practices (governance, terms of reference, ways of working, onboarding, training);
  • Proactively share insights into reward trends with key stakeholders as well as the HR team and develop reward capabilities of the HR and Finance teams;
  • Maintain total ownership of the reward budget and embed cost controls;
  • Maintain effective governance and compliance in line with local legal requirements and regulatory reporting.

What skills/experience do I need to be successful?

  • Proven experience of developing, implementing, and leading on reward strategies to help deliver business objectives on a global scale;
  • Extensive knowledge of reward management and best practice in the UK, US and Australian territories including benchmarking and job evaluation methods and benefits/pension legislation;
  • Proven experience of building and maintaining strong relationships with key business stakeholders globally.
