Gleeson Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering with a growing PE backed Group based in Stafford as they expand their Finance Team recruiting a new FP&A Analyst.

This role will report directly into the Assistant Head of FP&A and will be responsible for the preparation of Financial Analysis and Reporting.

The role has come about due to internal promotion and is an ideal role for those in Management Accounts lookingto step into a more commercial role away from month end

Day to day will include:

Preparation of the management accounts
Investor reports and presentations, compliance certificates and CQC Market Oversight reporting
Payroll analysis and reporting
Liaising with Senior Stakeholders to understand key trends, helping to drive improvements in both data integrity and performance.
Maintenance of the budgeting & reporting system
Preparation of financial analysis to improve operational / financial performance of business.

Ideally you will be ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant but finalists will be considered. Data modelling and advanced Excel skills will also be required and tested at interview.

The role includes hybrid working with a requirement of just one day a week in the office.

The package includes a base salary of up to £45,000 + extensive benefits.
