Teaching Personnel are looking for full-time Teaching Assistants for January

Do you consider yourself an enthusiastic, compassionate, and self-sufficient individual?

Have you had experience in a school or care setting?


Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit Teaching Assistants to work in a range of our partner schools in Southampton, with options of multiple year groups.

We are looking for a KS2 Teaching Assistant in the Romsey area.

The role day-to-day would include supporting the class teacher to deliver specific curriculum, working on a 1:1 basis helping students in small class groups to develop their reading and writing skills, phonic developing, help keep the classroom organisedand tidy, creatively displaying students work and much more


The ideal applicants should be motivated, good communicators, empathetic and passionate about education If you bring the motivation, and we will provide a position which offers tremendous fulfilment, plus a fantastic range of training and support to developyour skills in this sector.


Hourly pay, referral rates if you have any friends who would like to join Teaching Personnel, access to a Personal Consultant who works with multiple schools in Southampton and much more.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
