ROLE PURPOSE
Leep Utilities owns and operates regulated and non-regulated multi-utility networks across the UK.
With sites in MediaCityUK, Liverpool Waters and Canary Wharf, our broad range of capabilities includes electricity, water and wastewater, alongside heating, cooling and hot water services.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced billing team to deliver a specific project.Leep Utilities are beginning to explore innovative technologies that will support our customers in how they receive their bills through metering automation.
Reporting to the Service Excellence Manager, this role is key in providing back office support to improve the quality of billing data within our Customer Management system.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Updating customer data fields on our in house system
- Manual adjustment of customer bills to balance company financials
- Data cleanse activity to remove bad or outdated data
- Manually enter information to provide accurate reporting for our Customer Ops team
- Ability to spot issues and raise to management
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED
- Good core IT skills, primarily a good understanding of Microsoft Excel and a CRM system
- Strong eye for detail
- High speed data entry
- Basic investigation skills to identify additional issues when cleansing
- Ability to adapt as priorities/demands change and initiate actions.

Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Salary:
Up to £24,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
