We have a newly created vacancy for an experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to provide a professional, competent and efficient support service to the Group Finance Director and Group Commercial Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the organisation of events and meetings for the area of control, providing support to the Directors in the production and delivery of professional presentations.
  • Liaise with and organise support from other functional departments where necessary.
  • Assist in the booking of travel, accommodation etc for agreed staff members as required.
  • Ensure that diary management is accurate, current and maintained so as to ensure that the Directors are in full possession of reliable information at all times.
  • Provide a competent, confidential and professional administration service to the Directors and, where required, wider team.
  • Support the Directors with Board Committee organisation, preparation, packs, minutes etc to Board level standard
  • Assist with confidential activities of the Company Secretary team.
  • Effective liaison with external stakeholders such as auditors, financial institutions, professional advisors to coordinate Executive activity.
  • Support the Directors by offering guidance and support in the following of process and procedure, escalating in a professional manner where necessary.
  • Be a point of contact for all stakeholders and deal efficiently with enquiries, escalating as required to maintain excellent customer service.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with other PAs, internal functions and senior leaders to support the Directors effectively.
  • Recognise the sensitive and confidential nature of the information this role will handle.
  • Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality in all aspects of employment, developing a trusting relationship with the Directors, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Requirements:


  • Significant previous experience in a similar role, providing professional support to business leaders and is now ready to progress to the next step in supporting senior executives.
  • Articulate, numerate, IT literate in MS Office.
