Help us lead the future of commercial aircraft modifications in the Boeing EASA Modifications team.

We are looking for a multi-skilled Technical Support Administrator to assist the EASA engineering proposal team in the administration of proposal tools, processes and reporting of metrics to leadership.

This role is based at the BGS EASA Modifications site in Frimley, Surrey with

hybrid working options available.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Administration of the Boeing EASA proposals database and tracking tools
  • Analyse and research proposal data to compile reporting metrics
  • Support wider EASA team with resource planning using proposal data and predicted future work
  • Seek and support continuous improvement initiatives both within the EASA proposal team and across our global business
  • Support proposal activity during busy periods

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:


  • Prior experience with data management and/or Proposal processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, in which you must be a confident user
  • Experience with Smartsheet and/or VBA is desirable, although not essential
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of organisational and communication skills
  • A high level of attention to detail and professional integrity
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and show flexibility to changing situations / demands
  • Experience within the aviation industry would be an advantage
