Job type:
Full time Office based in Liverpool City Centre


Salary:
Starting at £25,000 depending on experience


Work schedule:
Monday-Friday 9.30am -5.00pm

We are seeking a committed, attentive and hard-working person to join our Marketing Agency and other projects company with an international presence, principally working with our Director.


A perfect role for someone with great attention to detail, yet equally happy to turn their hand to the latest challenge that falls on their desk.

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive support in managing the Directors personal and professional tasks.

You will assist in maintaining their daily schedule, managing multiple projects, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.


Key Responsibilities
You will be expected to have strong IT skills, specifically with Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Your duties will vary but you will have some core day-to-day responsibilities that you will be covering.

  • Manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring that the Director is fully prepared for all engagements.
  • Assist with managing multiple projects ensuring deadlines are met and tracking progress.
  • Key note/minute taking of business meetings and telephone conversations then adding actions, tasks, deadlines.
  • Creating reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Assist with personal tasks, including travel arrangements, personal appointments and errands as needed.
  • Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.

  • You must uphold confidentiality across all businesses
  • Follow the businesses standardised procedures
  • You must be willing and able to take on last minute adhoc tasks
  • Scheduling and arranging business meetings
  • Attending business meetings to take minutes with the Director and ensure all actions are met
  • Taking meetings on the Director's behalf and reporting back thoroughly
  • Building out research documents, presentations, and pitch decks at speed
  • Maintaining business relationships with any partners, investors and staff
  • Ensuring deadlines and tasks are met across all departments and staff
  • Independent and trusted role, looking after the Director's interests
