Description

This is a temporary fixed term contract to cover our busy summer period and currently has an end date of 27th September 2024.

Yard Operative
Reporting into the Yard Manager & Yard Foreman for in-house duties which may include:

Working in the yard assisting with the loading and unloading of vehicles
Working in the workshops making or repairing stock.
General maintenance of Company premises or stock.
Picking equipment to load lists correctly.
Ensure all daily checks are completed on forklifts and plant in Yard area.
Report defects/problems to Yard Manager/Foreman.
Organisation and tidiness within the yard.
Participation in yearly stock takes
