Bookkeeper
Salary £32,000-£34,000, Full Time, Monday to Friday
We are looking for a full-time experienced bookkeeper for our Care Home business.
Our head office is North London ( Finchley Central).
You should have knowledge and experience in using Sage 50 Account.
You should also have Good IT Skills excel and SharePoint.
Duties and Requirements of the Bookkeeper include:
- Maintaining accurate financial records using Sage 50 Accounts
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Good communication skills
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards and other accounts
- Preparing and processing invoices, credit notes and purchase/Sales orders
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Handling queries and resolving discrepancies related to financial transactions.
- Preparing VAT Returns, if required.
- Payroll experience would be useful.
