One of the UK's premier Facilities Management (FM) providers are now looking to recruit a Technical Supervisor, with Assistant Managerial responsiblities to join an Engineering team maintaining a newly opening critical banking and retail site local to Milton Keynes train station.

Here, you will support the Engineering Manager through day to day running of the team and facing an array of customer stakeholders to ensure maximum client satisfaction.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong Supervisor to take their next step into Engineering Management.

Actions will include:

Daily control of the engineering team and specialist subcontractors to include allocation and scheduling of planned and reactive works.
Organising and booking subcontractor attendance in line with PPM completion dates and contractual obligations.
Ensure high quality delivery of PPM and reactive works to meet SLAs through use of CAFM and specialist systems.
Provide resilience to the engineering team, support the resolution of reactive calls, breakdowns and fault finding.
Become familiar with and maintain expert knowledge of the sites engineering systems.
Ordering of parts and materials with consideration of cost, suitability and sustainability.
Support and oversee the delivery of minor works projects and upgrades.
Maintain robust records and reports to support compliance and audit purposes.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, suppliers and key internal stakeholders.
Carry out team reviews and appraisals when required.
Ensure site SOPs and processes are fully adhered to.
