About This Role:

An opportuniy is available for an Accounts payable assistant to join our accounts payable team in our head office in Warwick.

Alliance Medical delivers imaging services across 46 static sites and 64 mobile scanners. The company is a trusted and sustainable partner to the NHS, and also provides private healthcare imaging services.

The role is 40 hours per week.

Skills and Experiance:

Alliance Accounts Payable

Work with the other accounts payable team members ensuring
Invoices are posted accurately and on a timely basis for all UK companies
Raising supplier payments and weekly supplier bacs runs
Identifying and investigating supplier reconciliation queries to ensure ledgers are accurate
All queries from suppliers and colleagues are resolved efficiently and effectively
Liaising with Unit Managers in regards to authorisations and supplier queries
Contributing to analysis of processes and the operation of controls, suggesting improvements and implementing and monitoring changes
Identifying potential problems and suggesting solutions, being proactive and enthusiastic to change

New Supplier Confirmations

Ensuring New Supplier forms are accurately prepared and details match online reviews
Ensure necessary checks are performed for bank confirmation checks with suppliers
Set up of new suppliers on SAP software
Liaising with SAP support

Experience:

Able to selfmanage in delivering deadlines, setting own goals and being proactive in seeking and driving improvements to own and team performance
A flexible approach in recognition of weekly and monthly cycles in the work of the team, including the ability to provide out of hours support to operations as required
Excellent skills in Excel, including pivots and vlookups
Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work quickly and accurately across a number of projects and activities
Ability to work as part of a small team and independently

Experience of working with accounting systems (SAP experience preferential) and in an accounts payable environment
