M&A Research Analyst


Job:
Assistance to our M&A e-Learning Community Platform and Hands-On M&A Research

Contract Details:

1-year contract with a 3-month probation + Extension based on performance.

Initially, £22K ~ £25K annually
, depending on experience and job coverage

Performance bonus, based on individual KPI

Basic bonus, depending on the company's performance as we pass our BEP

Flexible hybrid work (typically 2 days onsite + 3 days remote weekly, but only onsite or only remote weekly as needed) from 9am to 5pm (1hour lunchtime)

Key Roles and Responsibilities:


1.


Course Development Assistance:

  • Assist in developing our course materials and videos (PowerPoint work): M&A transaction, DD, financing, LBO, valuation, private equities, fundamental analysis. etc
  • Create
    practical M&A documents such as DD reports, PMI plans, financing structuring (you will learn these).
  • Fascinating Excel modelling skills with Macro, VBA, Data analytics.
  • Help develop our M&A certification similar to CFI, CFA, or CAIA.

M&A Research:

  • Assist in
    publishing M&A books or practical reports on Amazon under our brand.

3. Website Sub-management:


  • Learn our website interface, benchmark against existing players, and suggest ideas for further development from an operational perspective.
  • Collaborate with our web developer to suggest improvements for the elearning experience.
  • Support the creation and continuous improvement of M&A course materials.

4. M&A Advisory Services (Optional):


  • Occasionally assist in M&A advisory jobs, including writing valuation reports for clients.
- (possibly from the second half of this year or early next year) Participate in M&A deal origination between Europe and Korea

Essential Requirements:


  • Fascinating
    Excel Modelling skills (You need to prove this):
  • Excellent
    PowerPoint skills:
  • Corporate Valuation knowledge
  • Major in Finance or similar ones or 1 year or more experience in the related industry
  • Great research skills and analytical attitude
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, keen eyes for detail

Preferred Requirements:


  • Master's degree
  • CPA certificate
  • Good academic background
