    Labourer Required in High Wycombe

    Our specialist Trades & Labour team are seeking a CSCS card holding General Labourer for various roles in High Wycombe.

    Each Labourer must:

    • Hold a CSCS Labourer Card.
    • Have full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) consisting of a Hard Hat, boots, hi-vis vest, gloves and goggles.
    • Be hard working, reliable and punctual, with strong time management skills.
    • Exhibit good communication skills and be capable of working independently or as part of a team.

    About the Role

    This is a general labouring position, involving manual tasks on construction sites.

    You will work under the supervision of experienced tradespeople and contribute to achieving project objectives.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Carry out manual tasks such as lifting, moving materials and equipment.
    • Assist skilled tradespeople with their duties.
    • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment by adhering to site rules and regulations.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

    Requirements

    • CSCS Labourer Card.
    • Full PPE including a Hard Hat, boots, hi-vis vest, gloves and goggles.
    • Excellent physical fitness and stamina.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
