The role of Production Operative:

This role reports to the Manufacturing Manager and specifically covers the following areas:

Manufacturing of work orders
General warehousing needs including assisting with dispatch, loading, and unloading of stock
Wrap, secure and accurately label finished goods
Assisting with monthly stocktakes
Ensure all processes and supporting paperwork is completed to adhere to all standards
Notify line manager of any H&S and machine issues
General daily checks and housekeeping duties

Key Skills and Essential Experience:

Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work well in a small team
Willingness and ability to complete documentation to ISO, BRCGS and FSC standards
Forklift Licence desirable but not essential
Flexible working hours
Local or be able to drive to site

What you'll get:

Basic Salary £11.50ph
Full time: 3540 hours per week and 1.5x overtime on 40+ hour weeks

Standard Hours: 07:00am-16:00pm with flexibility and potential for overtime in Q- Holidays 20 days per year rising to 2- After 6 months a range of benefits: life insurance, pension and an optional healthcare scheme
