The
Deals Admin Coordinator will provide administrative support to managers and take a leading role in key areas like client onboarding, AML checks, drafting engagement letters and creating engagement packs as well as supporting other business development administration.
Coordination and diligence is paramount as you will enable the smooth running of our Deals team with your support in many exciting projects and opportunities.
This role will also:
- Scheduling BD meetings (both internal and external) and support in formatting pitch documents and other BD admin as required
- Printing/binding pitch documents and reports
- Assist with post deal marketing, tombstones, client quotes and service questionnaires
- Keeping Dynamics/CRM up to date: Creating new client accounts, adding service lines, logging all TS/CF opportunities, creating projects/project contracts, raising bills
- Training new starters on Outlook/Teams/Dynamics
- General administration duties: taking meeting minutes, gathering meeting resources, printing, filing documents.
- Support the team with staying on top of debts
- Coordinating itineraries for new starters
- Assisting the scheduling of team meetings, appraisals and staff onetoones
What you'll need
As the ideal Administration Coordinator, you'll be a personable, organised and energetic, with the ability to:
- Confidently communicate with multiple levels of internal and external stakeholders
- Organise and plan priority tasks effectively
- Work to a fast pace whilst still maintaining exceptional quality in your work
- Be proactive and adaptable to changing workloads
- Be team orientated and enthusiastic
- Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
